Office Rates:

60-minute session: $85

**75-minute session: $100

90-minute session: $120

120-minute session: $150

 

 **ALL initial appointments are 75 minutes unless otherwise stated.  Many therapeutic techniques require slower work to obtain adequate muscle releases.

 

Corporate Massage Rates:

15-minute session: $30

30-minute session: $50

Hourly Rate: $85

 

Insurance Claims/Medical Massage

You must obtain a medical massage prescription from a Pain Management Physician, Primary Care Physician, Chiropractor, Osteopath or other doctor before scheduling an appointment.  Please click on my Insurance Claims page for additional information.

 

In-home services and company chair massage available upon request.

 

I am an approved provider with the Federal Office of Worker's Compensation Programs (OWCP) and Private Worker's Compensation with SelectNet/Pinnacol Assurance.  I accept massage prescriptions for pain management clients and provide services for pre-approved insurance claims, including automobile accident (PIP, Med Pay and lien's).
